PRODUCTS · ARIA
Your content creator, social manager, and marketing strategist.
Aria is the Awareness & Revenue Intelligence Automation agent. It proposes campaigns, drafts content, runs drip sequences, and tracks leads from first touch to closed pipeline. Every output requires founder approval.

What Aria does.
Aria is the marketing counterpart to Sage. Where Sage works against your pipeline, Aria works against the awareness layer above it: content, social, campaigns, and the drip sequences that nurture leads between qualified moments.
STRATEGY
Campaign proposals
Proposes monthly campaign themes aligned to your content pillars, current pipeline gaps, and upcoming marketing moments. You approve the theme, Aria executes.
CONTENT
Drafts that sound like you
Blog posts, landing pages, social posts, and drip emails. Every draft reflects your voice — learned from your past content, refined by your edits.
DISTRIBUTION
Social and drip
LinkedIn and X via Zernio with cadence discipline. Drip sequences to leads with per-email approval. Every touch logged as activity in EspoCRM.
The weekly rhythm.
Aria operates on a Sunday-planning cadence. Here’s the week:
| Day | Aria activity |
|---|---|
| Sunday 8pm | Planning email — proposed content for the week ahead, grounded in the monthly campaign |
| Monday | Drafts for the week published to your WordPress review queue or Zernio approvals |
| Tuesday–Friday | Scheduled posts go live after your approval; Aria tracks engagement and first-comment links |
| Each day | Responds to drip sequence replies with your voice (for approval) or flags for human handling |
| Monthly 1st | Pipeline + drip performance report with leads-by-campaign attribution |
Content pillars, not content mills.
Aria doesn’t generate volume for its own sake. Every post, every blog, every drip email maps to one of your content pillars — the four or five themes your ICP cares about. If a topic doesn’t map to a pillar, Aria won’t write about it without a specific request from you.
Aria also refuses to name competitors in owned content. The messaging fight happens in sales conversations, not in your blog. Aria keeps the content strategy focused on your positioning and your customer’s pain.
LEAD CAPTURE
Form to CRM
Fluent Forms on your WordPress site writes directly to EspoCRM as new leads. Campaign source, content attribution, and timestamp preserved.
NURTURE
Drip sequences
Multi-touch branded drips to leads who aren’t ready for a call. Four-touch default cadence, exit on reply or bounce, full CRM activity log.
MEASUREMENT
Attribution all the way
Every lead can be traced back to the first content touch that attracted them. Campaign-level ROI is a one-query answer.
“Aria proposes. I approve. The content goes out. I didn’t spend three hours on it.”
See Aria’s output.
The best way to understand Aria is to see real outputs — a campaign proposal, a blog draft, a drip email. Book 15 minutes and we’ll walk through live examples.
